After having surrounded the principles fundamental of Moslem religion according to the Koran "the Speech of God revealed to the Prophet Mohammad", this speech represents the founding stage of the Moslem thought, begin the second stage, the one that has been elaborated by the men through the time and the space. While making a historic recall on the history of monotheism, since Adam until Mohammad, while passing by Ibrahim, Moïse and Jesus and the big discoveries of the previous civilizations since the Sumerians until the naissance of the Islam, my course aims to understand the birth, the reasons of the birth and the evolution of the Moslem thought, the sciences, philosophy and the literature. Without forgetting the essential elements of this civilization, as architecture, agriculture and the infrastructure in general. This course aims to unveil the other faces of the Islam and its civilization, faces hidden by the manipulations media and the extremist and conservative currents. My course is a journey in the garden of the Islam and the Arab-Moslem civilization, it tries to make to feel you perfume and to contemplate the beauty of its flowers, as love, liberty, equality, fraternity and justice, patience and humility... With me you are going to learn the significance, the thought and the faith of the Sunnite, of the Shiite duodecimains, of the Shiite ismailians... You are going to discover the Imamates thought, the mystical thought and the philosophy of Avicen and Averroes... as well as the theology and their big schools. A big part of this course is dedicated to discover the birth and the evolution of the Arab-Moslem sciences, as the alchemy, medicine, the astronomy, mathematics, the physics and the sciences of the nature... and their report with the sciences of the previous civilizations, as the Greeks, the Egyptians, the Mesopotamians and the Indians of India, on one hand, and with Europe of the Middle Ages on the other hand.. A complete chapter is dedicated to study the political history of the Moslem since the birth of the system califal to our days, while passing by the dynasties, like the Omayadeses, Abbasids, Fatémides... and the reports of this system and the concepts fundamental of the Islam A last chapter is dedicated to study the contemporary history of the Arab world, with its major problems, and finally a global survey of the situation of the Islam and the Moslem French in France My course doesn't try to give already made answers, subjective or manipulated, it tries to be objective to the maximum and to push to the reflection.
